Alternatively, you can fill out the INTAKE FORM and we will email you a customized nutrition goals document and offer you additional assistance via our welcome email.
The contents of this email are for you to keep, free of charge. If you would like further assistance (such as a custom meal plan) or personalized coaching please consider becoming a Patron. Whatever your needs please reach out, we would love to meet you where you are at and help you get where you are going. We have limited space for one-on-one time with our community members if you are interested. Another option is that you can join the online Sapient Dining Club.

The foundation of Sapient Nutrition comes from understanding what your body needs daily. While avoiding foods high in Omega 6 LA will help reduce inflammation, it is equally important to get all you need - avoidance isn’t enough. There are many ways to get your fill of nutrients and it all starts with knowing what to seek. It can be overwhelming and often challenging to get everything you need, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying. Remember that we are here to help and no one is perfect. We have compiled a vast list of ingredients that are nutrient dense, sustainably sourced, predominantly globally accessible as well as low Omega 6 LA. Coupled with meal planning, we highly encourage mindful buying practices which include knowing what you need to buy, careful planning of what dishes you will use those ingredients in to avoid waste, as well as intentionally sourcing whenever possible. We understand that many people have a difficult time accessing healthy ingredients, that is why we are doing all we can to connect you with sustainable suppliers. We highly recommend that you only shop with a list, again to avoid waste (time, money, energy, food).
